Enrique is the Human Rights Technology Program Manager at the Center for Human Rights Science at Carnegie Mellon University where he works at the intersection of human rights, science, and technological innovation. He has experience on a wide variety of topics, from fact-finding and evidence gathering to data science and digital security. He is particularly interested in the impact of technology on human rights as well as in the opportunities that new scientific and technological developments open for civil society. Enrique is an advocate for Open Source and for technology transfer as an act of solidarity.
