Katie Trimm

Operations Coordinator, New Haven

Katie is a non-profit professional with experience in operations management for a number of NGOs, social enterprises, and small businesses. She has previously directed operations for a family-owned coffee company in Georgia and helped expand a children’s soccer program in New Orleans, Louisiana. She has managed a program for young peace advocates from Israel, the Occupied Palestinian Territories, and Gaza. Katie is originally from Georgia and currently calls New Haven, Connecticut, home. In addition to her work with Rights CoLab, Katie works on documentation of human rights violations in the Islamic Republic of Iran. She loves learning about food science (especially coffee) and traveling.
