Margi has been developing and improving systems for social justice non-profits and foundations throughout her career. She has led organizational change efforts and strategy planning for U.S. and international organizations focused on land rights, environmental justice, gender equality and social inclusion, and immigrant and refugee rights. At Rights CoLab Margi oversees fundraising, finance, operations, and project management systems. She is a film enthusiast and loves cooking and baking.
