Tanika has worked in organizational development for over 10 years, helping organizations striving for peace, justice, and human rights to create impactful and accountable programs. She specializes in strategy development, fundraising, grant management, evaluation, and learning. Tanika comes to Rights CoLab from the role of Senior Development Manager at the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre. At Rights Colab she is supporting the Business and Finance programs as Program Officer.
