Tze-wei contributes to Rights CoLab's work on sustainable investing and human rights, as well as exploring new business models for social justice work. She is a Consultant at Vivien Teu & Co LLP, a boutique asset management and financial services firm based in Hong Kong where she is developing an ESG/sustainable finance/impact investing practice. Previously, Tze-wei was a member of the startup team at Sustainable Finance Initiative (SFi), an education platform aimed at growing sustainable investing amongst private investors and family offices in Hong Kong, and, prior to that, founding Hong Kong director and deputy director of Asia for PILnet: The Global Network for Public Interest Law. From 2018-2019, as a Global Governance Futures 2030 Fellow (the "global migration and refugee challenge" track), Tze-wei researched and wrote about how the financial sector in Hong Kong can help combat modern slavery. She has over 10 years of experience working with NGOs in Hong Kong, mainland China, and regionally, and has been involved in supporting charities and social enterprises on legal structuring, governance and strategic matters since 2013.
