Eleonora is a qualified lawyer (Russia) and has extensive practice before the European Court of Human Rights. She founded and led a legal clinic for international mechanisms of human rights protection, was a PILnet fellow and visiting scholar at Columbia University, and since 2015 has been managing a project on protecting refugees in Russia from expulsion. At Rights CoLab Eleonora is supporting Civil Society programs.
