Silvana is a manager of people, projects, and operations and now oversees Rights CoLab’s business and finance portfolio. Before Rights CoLab, she co-founded a social enterprise that supports citizen journalists operating in conflict and crisis zones. With a robust background in the for-profit sector, she has five years of experience spearheading projects across warehouse operations, customer service, and finance departments. Originally from Colombia, she grew up in Cleveland and is a native Spanish speaker who enjoys baking pies and lifting weights.
